Meredith Kinney is an artist and designer whose work lives at the intersection of structure and softness—where graphic systems meet painterly expression. She believes the most meaningful creative work happens when art and design inform one another, balancing intuition and emotion with clarity and intention.

With more than two decades of experience in interdisciplinary design, Meredith began her career at the global design firm Perkins&Will, collaborating on projects for clients including Google, Truist, Mayo Clinic, Haworth, TD Bank, Carter’s, and Wells Fargo. There, she refined a disciplined, systems-driven approach to visual language and the built environment.

Today, through Meredith Kinney Studio, she leads a multidisciplinary practice spanning fine art, licensed collections, interiors, and brand identity. Grounded in the fundamentals of design—rhythm, movement, line, shape, color, and form—her work moves fluidly across mediums.

Her fine art practice centers on expressive, color-drenched botanical forms that explore pigment, shadow, and shape. Rather than rendering florals with strict realism, Meredith seeks to capture their presence and movement—creating work that feels both intentional and alive.

Across canvas, pattern, brand, and space, Meredith brings together structure and intuition to create work that is layered, thoughtful, and enduring.
